Delhi Township partners with regional agencies to offer qualifying residents programs to assist in home purchasing, repairs and improvements.  Following is a list of some of the available programs.  Please contact the townships Community Development Director to discuss your project so we can assist you in finding a program that works best for your needs.

Housing Repair and Improvement Programs:

The Hamilton County Home Improvement Program (HIP) is an initiative of the County Commissioners and the County Treasurer.  The “HIP” loan allows home owners within the County to borrow money to repair and remodel their homes or rental properties at interest rates 3% below the lowest rate a bank would normally offer.  Such loans may be used for improvements such as: bathrooms, decks, landscaping, room additions, replacement windows and doors, etc. www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/hc/hc_hip.asp

People Working Cooperatively (PWC) offers home repair and emergency home repair services to qualify low moderate income residents in Hamilton County.

Home Weatherization Program:

People Working Cooperatively (PWC) offers several services to assist homeowners and renters take control of their energy usage and save on their utility bills.

Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance:

The Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati through their Communities First – Down Payment Assistance for Ohio program provides grants of up to 5% to households who meet various home income and financial criteria.  You do not need to be a first time homebuyer to qualify.  For more information, please contact the Port Authority at (513) 621-3000 or visit www.cincinnatiport.org/public-finance/communitiesfirst-ohio.

Renter Accessibility Program:

Sewer and Water Grants:
