Township Zoning Resolution

The Delhi Township Zoning Resolution was adopted to empower the township to establish zoning districts within the unincorporated area of Delhi Township.   It provides a method of administration, establish land uses and development standards all in an effort to conserve and protect property, property values along with promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of the community.  If you have any specific questions about the zoning and/or zoning related items related to properties within the township, please contact the Planning/Zoning office at 513-922-2705.

Township Overlay Districts

In an effort to allow for flexible development standards that will achieve the goals and objectives of township through its adopted land use plans, the township has established overlay districts within targeted areas of the community.  The Overlay Districts each contain their own unique character through the implementation of use, design and architectural standards.  If you have any specific questions about overlay districts within the township, please contact the Planning/Zoning office at 513-922-2705.

Overlay Districts include the following and their locations can be found on the townships zoning map:

  • HD: Hillside Development
  • FPM: Flood Plain Management
  • DPCO: Delhi Pike Corridor Overlay

Township Geographical Information Map
