Yard or Garage Sales

The Township recognizes that from time to time residents have the desire (if not need) to dispose of unwanted household belongings by way of holding yard and/or garage sales. With that in mind the Township has established the following guidelines regulating such sales: not more than one sale per calendar quarter (90 days); each sale for not for more than two consecutive days; signs drawing attention to such sales be placed at least ten feet (10’) from all roads, and not posted on utility poles or traffic signs.
