Township Zoning Resolution

The Delhi Township Zoning Resolution was adopted to empower the township to establish zoning districts within the unincorporated area of Delhi Township. It provides a method of administration, establish land uses and development standards all in an effort to conserve and protect property, property values along with promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of the community. Township Overlay Districts

In an effort to allow for flexible development standards that will achieve the goals and objectives of township through its adopted land use plans, the township has established overlay districts within targeted areas of the community. The Overlay Districts each contain their own unique character through the implementation of use, design and architectural standards.   • Flood Plain Management (FPM)
