Delhi Police Alert Network
The Delhi Township Police Department is launching The Delhi Police Alert Network, a new interactive way to keep the community connected and informed through opt-in email, text message, and web published public safety alerts.
Interested persons can sign up for The Delhi Police Alert Network for free at the CitizenObserver registration page. Through this website, the Delhi Police will provide information to help maintain and improve community safety. Subscribers can sign up to receive alerts from the Police Department via email or as a text message to a cell phone. They can also opt to receive neighborhood only or citywide alerts, as well as surrounding city alerts that are on the CitizenObserver alert system.
Citizens will be able to respond to law enforcement anonymously by replying to the email alert or visiting the submit a tip webpage.
For questions about the Alert Network, please contact the Delhi Township Police Department or visit the CitizenObserver registration page.
RAIDS Online Crime Mapping
The Delhi Township Police Department has partnered with RAIDS Online to bring recent crime activity to the public to reduce crime and improve public safety.
BAIR Analytics' public crime map, RAIDS Online, connects law enforcement with the community to reduce crime and improve public safety. Crime mapping helps the public get a better idea of the crime activity in their area so they can make more informed decisions about how to stay safe.
RAIDS Online goes beyond crime mapping by automatically alerting the public about recent crime activity and by improving communication between the public and law enforcement through anonymous tips. RAIDS Online empowers the public to make better decisions about crime by putting the same technology used by law enforcement to analyze and interpret crime activity into the hands of the public.
