James J. Luebbe grew up in Delhi and attended St. Dominic grade school. He graduated from Elder High School and Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Jim is a certified public accountant with 30 years of public accounting experience. Jim is married to Lisa and they have three sons, Michael, Ben and Jacob. Jim and his family are members of Our Lady of Victory parish.

Employment

James currently owns his own CPA practice located in Delhi where he provides tax preparation and accounting services for businesses and individuals.

Community Service

James is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

As Fiscal Officer, Jim's primary objective is to provide the Trustees and Administration with the financial information needed to make the decisions that are in the best interest of the residents.
