Yes. In May of 1998, the Delhi Township Trustees passed Township Resolution 98-32 (PDF) which details what is and is not permitted to be parked on township streets.

Yes. In 2007, the Board of Trustees passed Township Resolution Number 2007-015 (PDF) adopting transient vendor regulations within the township. Transient sales or solicitation is prohibited within the township to anyone who has not registered with and been approved by the township to do so.

5. Is there a curfew for minors in Delhi Township?

Yes. In August of 2008, the Board of Trustees passed Township Resolution 2008-117 (PDF), adopting a curfew for minors within the Township. The curfew hours are as follows:

• Sunday through Thursday
  • 11pm to 6am of the following day
• Friday and Saturday
  • Midnight to 6am of the following day
• September 1 through May 31 while school is in session
  • 8am to 3 pm
