Located within the historic Delhi Park, the Glen Carder Lodge, originally the old Story Barn, was converted into a Park Lodge and was opened in October of 1959. Hand-hewn antique beams were preserved in the remodeling, which combined “old Delhi rustic with new suburban charm.”
The Glen Carder Lodge, named after past Park Commissioner Glen Carder, is host to over 300 events each year. Many wedding, parties, community events, and meetings take place in the historic lodge. The lodge may be the perfect facility for your next party of 120 guests or less.
The Glen Carder Lodge recently had a major renovation performed. All flooring was removed and replaced with a beautiful and durable epoxy floor. New wall board and paint was installed throughout the entire building. In addition, new chairs, tables and video equipment have also been installed.
