What is economic development?  Delhi Townships Division of Economic Development is intended to facilitate the growth of businesses within the township in order to create new job opportunities and a strong economic base.  The Division facilitates that growth through a variety of methods including financing assistance and site selection services.  The Division works collaboratively with local, regional and state economic development agencies to offer and provide various funding and financing programs.

How do I open a business in Delhi Township?  Your first step in opening a business is to contact the Townships Office of Community Development.  We are here to assist you in making your business venture a success by reviewing all economic development incentives and applicable zoning regulations.

Does the township offer financial assistance/incentives for business development and/or expansion?  The township in partnership with local, state and regional economic development agencies can provide qualifying businesses creative financial incentive programs to promote job growth and development.  These local, regional and state incentives include low interest loans to assist in property acquisition, purchase of machinery and business start-up.

How can I network my business within the township and the Cincinnati region?  Whether you are looking to network your business locally or regionally, there are many great opportunities.  The Delhi Business Association and the Greater Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce provide great opportunities to get involved in the community and market your business throughout the region.

How do I find out who owns a particular building and/or lot?  To determine who owns a specific property and for detailed property information, you can contact the Hamilton County Auditor’s Office, a local realtor, or you can contact the office of Community Development and we can assist you.
