Citizen Boards and Commission are vital to the operation of Delhi Township. The Township’s Boards and Commissions advise and rule on matters that help maintain the high standard of living our residents and businesses expect.
Each Board and Commission has different meeting schedules and requirements. The participation of our citizens is crucial in making decisions, initiating reasonable resolutions, and creating innovative projects and programs.
Board of Zoning Appeals
Responsibilities: The Board has the authority to decide appeals, grant variances and approve special zoning certificates.
Meetings: The Board meets the first and/or second Tuesday of each month as necessary at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Delhi Township Administration Building, 934 Neeb Road. Applications for the meetings shall be submitted to the Office of Planning/Zoning by no later than 20-days prior to the meeting date.

Responsibilities: The Commission makes recommendations to the Delhi Township Board of Trustees on zoning map and resolution amendments, development plan reviews, land use plans, and monitor the effectiveness of the Township Zoning Resolution and make necessary revisions as necessary.
Meetings: The Commission meets the first and/or third Wednesday of each month as necessary at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Delhi Township Administration Building, 934 Neeb Road. Applications for meeting shall be submitted to the Office of Planning/Zoning by no later than 40 –days prior to the meeting date.
