Board of Zoning Appeals

Responsibilities: Review / act on appeals of decisions of Zoning Inspector, requests for variances to zoning regulations, and requests for special zoning certificates.

Meetings: Second and/or third Tuesday of each month, as necessary, at 7:00 pm at the Delhi Township Administration Building, 2nd floor.

Zoning Commission

Responsibilities: Recommendations to Trustees on zone changes / amendments; development plan review; monitor effectiveness of Zoning Resolution, suggesting revisions to as necessary; land use planning.
