The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing on an appeal from a decision of the Delhi Township Zoning Inspector.
This request, filed by John & Cathy Feist (property owners), requests that a variance be granted so to permit construction of a 1,960 sq. ft. detached garage (accessory structure) in the south front yard at 5510 Rapid Run Road. The subject property is located in the “C” Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution. The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures greater than 1,032 sq. ft. and accessory structures located in any yard other than a rear yard.
Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an attorney if they so wish. This request is on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters), Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
