The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following appeals from a decision of the Delhi Township Zoning Inspector.

VA2017-6

The request, filed by James Hetzel (property owner) requests that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a 6′ solid fence (enclosure) in the south side yard at 718 Pontius Road.  The subject property is located in the A2 Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution.  The Zoning Resolution prohibits fences greater than 4′ in height and those less than 50% open in side yards.

VA2017-7

The request, filed by Roger Connors (property owner) requests that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a deck (accessory structure) in the west front & south side yards at 466 Greenwell Road.  The subject property is located in the C Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution.  The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures in side yards and front yard decks having side yard setbacks less than that of the principle structure on a property.

VA2017-8

The request, filed by Roger Conners (property owner) requests that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a deck (accessory structure) in the north side yard at 464 Greenwell Road.  The subject property is located in the C Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution.  The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures in side yards.

 

Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an attorney if they so wish.  This request is on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters), Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
