Notice of Public Hearing for the Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals:
Case VA2018-01: To hear a variance request to permit the use/display of temporary pennant signs at property located at 4000 Delhi Pike in the “F” Light Industrial District. The Zoning Resolution prohibits the display of pennants in all zoning districts. Request filed by Christopher Loechel.
Case VA2018-02: To hear a variance request to permit an accessory structure in the front yard, to permit an accessory structure in the front yard, to permit an accessory structure to exceed the maximum allowable square footage, and to permit an accessory structure to be larger than the primary structure at property located at 1067 Ebenezer Road in the “A-2” Resident District. The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures in the front yard and for accessory structure to exceed 1,032 sq. ft. in size. Request filed by Jeff Klug.
Case VA2018-03: To hear a variance request to permit an accessory structure in the side yard and to permit a fence to exceed the allowable height and opacity at property located at 497 Burhen Drive in the “C” Residence District. The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures in the side year and for fences to exceed 6-feet in height and be 100 percent opaque in the side yard. Request filed by Thomas Groppenbecker.

These requests are on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
