Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals
The following cases will be heard:
CASE VA2018-04: To hear a variance request to permit the continued situation of an accessory structure in the front yard and to permit a fence to exceed the allowable height and opacity at property located at 5371 Palisades Drive in the “A” Residence District. The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures in the front yard and for fences to exceed 4-feet in height and to be 100 percent opaque in the front yard. Request filed by Thomas Stahlheber.
CASE VA2015-02: To consider a request for a modification to a variance granted concerning an accessory structure at property located at 338 Neeb Road in the “AA” Resident District. Request filed by John Schiff.
CASE VA2005-13: To consider a request for a modification to a variance granted concerning parking at 5201-5293 Delhi Pike in the “Delhi Pike Business Corridor” (DPBC) District. Request filed by Staff of the Delhi Township Department of Community Development.

These requests are on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
