The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the following requests:

Case VA2018-10: To hear a variance request to permit the continued storage of a trailer (camper) in the east side yard at 4450 Valence Drive in the “C” Residence District.  The Zoning Resolution prohibits the storage of trailers in any yard other than a rear yard in all residence districts.  Request filed by Barbara & Gene Reinhardt on behalf of Barbara McClymunds.

Case VA2018-11: To hear a variance request to permit construction of a residential addition having a seven foot six inch (7’6″) north side yard setback at 920 Martini Road in the “A2” Residence District.  The Zoning Resolution requires minimum 10′ side yard setbacks for dwellings, and additions thereto, in the “A2” Residence District.  Request filed by Bernard & Margaret Schmidt.

Case VA2018-12: To hear a variance request to permit construction of a new ground sign including an electronic changeable copy message board at 585 Neeb Road in the “C” Residence District.  The  Zoning Resolution prohibits electronic changeable copy message boards in all residence districts.  Request filed by Kelly Weldele on behalf of Oak Hills Local School District.
