The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing on appeals from decisions of the Delhi Township Zoning Inspector.
This request, filed by Delhi Town Center (property owner) requests that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a six foot (6′) high solid fence constructed in the south rear yard extending into the west front yard and having its finished side facing inward at 5271 Delhi Pike (Delhi Town Center).
This request, filed by Dale & Danette Berninger (property owners) requests that a variance be granted so to permit construction of a shed (accessory structure) in the east from yard at 5396 Gander Drive.
Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an attorney if they so wish. These requests are on file at the Delhi Township Department of Development Services, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters), Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
