The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing to hear details of a request, filed by Joe Kelley (property owner), that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a portion of a six foot (6′) high solid fence constructed in the south rear yard having its most finished side facing inward at 5501 Revmal Lane. The subject property is located in the “C” Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution. The Zoning Resolution prohibits fences having their most finished sides facing inward in all zone districts.
Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an attorney if they so wish. This request if on file at the Delhi Township Department of Development Services, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters), Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
