The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing to hear a request that a variance filed by Joe Vonderahe (property owner) be granted to permit the continued situation of two sheds (accessory structures) in the south front yard at 944 Devils Backbone Road. The subject property is located in the “B” Residence District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution. The Zoning Resolution prohibits accessory structures from being located in any yard other than a rear yard.
Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an attorney if they so wish. This request is on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters) Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
