The Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a continuation of a hearing on an appeal from a decision of the Delhi Township Zoning Inspector. This request filed by Mendo Anevski, on behalf of Dearborn Redemption LLC (property owner) requests that a variance be granted so to permit the continued situation of a dumpster and the construction of a slatted fence dumpster enclosure in the north front yard at 5085 Delhi Pike. The subject property is located in the “Delhi PIke Business Corridor (DPBC)” District as shown on the maps of the Delhi Township Zoning Resolution. The Zoning Resolution prohibits dumpsters/enclosures in front yards in the “Delhi Pike Business Corridor (DPBC)” District and requires that dumpsters be screened by way of walled enclosures in all zone districts.

This request is on file at the Delhi Township Department of Community Development, located at 697 Neeb Road (Fire Department Headquarters), Cincinnati, OH 45233, and can be reviewed during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) for at least ten days prior to the public hearing on the application.
