Mount St. Joseph University presents MountViews, a new series of lively and informative talks showcasing faculty expertise on a wide range of topics, from health and wellness to literature and the arts.

Events will be held at both the University and at select venues throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, and are free and open to the public.  Space is limited so reservations are required.

This is the third topic in a series of five.

Presenter: Jim Bodle, Ph.D., professor of psychology and director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence.

Misplaced your car keys or glasses lately? Having difficulty coming up with names? In this session, we will discuss “normal” changes in memory that come with age and compare them with dementia.  This presentation will help you better understand changes you may experience in memory and cognition as you age, and how to help a loved one through these challenges.  We will also look at how we can improve our memory.
