Delhi Townships Division of Economic Development is intended to facilitate the growth of businesses within the township in order to create new job opportunities and a strong economic base. The Division facilitates that growth through a variety of methods including financing assistance and site selection services. The Division works collaboratively with local, regional and state economic development agencies to offer and provide various funding and financing programs.
Your first step in opening a business is to contact the Townships Office of Community Development. We are here to assist you in making your business venture a success by reviewing all economic development incentives and applicable zoning regulations.

The township in partnership with local, state and regional economic development agencies can provide qualifying businesses creative financial incentive programs to promote job growth and development. These local, regional and state incentives include low interest loans to assist in property acquisition, purchase of machinery and business start-up.
