How is Delhi Township governed?

Delhi is a home-rule Township governed by an elected three-member Board of Trustees. Home rule authorizes a township to enact resolutions which are not in conflict with general law. The power granted the Township by virtue of its home rule status has enable the Board of Trustees to proactively address issues it would otherwise be powerless to affect.
