The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is launching a community outreach effort in Hamilton County to share potential scenarios for public transit service expansion, to seek citizen feedback on various options being considered, and to learn more about transportation needs.
Community Outreach Session
Monday, May 8 from 11:30am to 12:30pm
Green Township Library, 6525 Bridgetown Road, 45248
The Metro Futures Task Force, a citizen group of 20 businesses, civic and community leaders, released a report in 2016 recommending that SORTA should continue to seek innovative ways to expand Metro services throughout Hamilton County, with a particular emphasis on connecting people to jobs and services.
Hearing from our community partners and residents is important to ensure we are taking all appropriate steps to build a public transit system that meets their needs and connects them to where they need to go.
